Accounts Receivable Specialist

A well-established company in Kingfisher is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile customer payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances and payment inquiries
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and AR reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account maintenance

• Previous accounts receivable experience required
• Strong understanding of AR processes and account reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities
