Maintain cashier desk including petty cash and stamps; pre-audit and reconcile daily payments from delivery drivers, sales representatives, and customers;
Separate invoices into categories and investigate shortages and overages;
Prepare daily deposit to the bank and communicate unresolved issues with Accounts Receivable;
Post payments from various payment methods (ACH, e-Check, remote deposit) and handle related documentation;
Balance daily deposit reconciliation reports and assist with inventory and warehouse cash processes
