The role is responsible for premium research and payment application of both individual and group policies, including more complex analytical research skills to ensure payments are applied correctly.
** This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

* What You Will Do:

*** Payment research and application of both individual and group policies.
* Daily balancing and reporting responsibilities.
* Review and resolution of electronic payments from banking institutions.
* Daily bank draft balancing and resolution.
* Review transactional data and process necessary entries for the purpose of account reconciliations.
* Review and resolve entries on the consolidated error log.
* Process add-on requests and payments.
* Handle system administrator duties for Premium Processing software, ImageRPS.
* Assist with the responsibilities of the Premium Accounting Clerk I as needed.
** What You Can Bring:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-3 years of related work experience, insurance industry experience preferred.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and 10-key calculator operation.
* General accounting knowledge, including familiarity with general ledger entries and the ability to perform complex research across multiple systems.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Availability to work overtime as needed.
