At Lyt, the Accounting & Finance Consultant supports client engagements by solves accounting and finance challenges, and providing hands on execution, and delivering advisory support across industries. This is a strong fit for someone who works independently, manages multiple priorities well, and brings sound judgment to every decision.

• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements with confidence
• Own significant portions of the accounting and finance cycle
• Balance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in dynamic client environments
• Contribute to stronger processes, cleaner reporting, and more effective decision support

• Direct exposure to multiple clients and industries rather than a single internal accounting function
• Blend of execution, analytical , and advisory work, with opportunities to improve processes and influence outcomes
• A hands-on role with autonomy and variety, ideal for professionals who enjoy solving problems and building better ways of working

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including U.S. GAAP fundamentals and close processes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and organization skills

• CPA or equivalent professional certification or progress towards certification
• Experience working in a consulting or multi-project environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel data analysis and financial modeling skills

• Industry or corporate accounting and finance professionals wanting broader client exposure
• Consulting or project-based accounting experience supporting multiple stakeholders or engagements
• Senior accounting or analyst experience with strong close, reporting, and operational finance capabilities ready for a more dynamic client facing opportunity
