Billing Specialist II

• Generate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedules
• Distribute billing statements to clients
• Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
• Track and manage aged accounts receivables
• Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
• Work with the Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing-related data in the Portfolio Management system
• Update client billing information when necessary
• Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Docu Sign, and Microsoft Suite, or competency/ability to learn quickly
• Customer service background preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requests
• Able to work independently
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Must be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States;

• Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged sitting and computer work
• May be required to lift up to 15 pounds
  
  Required to work onsite 4 days per week

Demonstrates expertise in billing statement generation, client account management, and revenue reporting while maintaining data integrity in Portfolio Management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for meeting client needs and ensuring confidentiality.
