• Manage AP/AR Operations: Efficiently process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, track receivables, and issue timely payments.
• Maintain Schedules: Clean and reconcile dealership accounting schedules routinely to ensure complete accuracy.
• Dealership Processing: Handle deal posting, trade-in payoff verification, and lien releases as needed.
• Month-End Support: Assist the Controller/Office Manager with month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Cross-Department
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with sales, service, and parts management to resolve billing questions or schedule discrepancies quickly.

• Dealership Experience
  
  Required:
  
  2+ years of automotive accounting experience (DMS knowledge such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealer track is highly preferred).
• Financial Accuracy: Deep understanding of automotive accounting principles, AP/AR, and schedule maintenance.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and standard office applications.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies before they become problems.
• Team Player: Clear communicator who works well with internal teams, vendors, and management.
