Senior Accountant

Connect Search is partnering with a well-established high-net-worth family office in Oklahoma City to hire a Senior Accountant. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is looking for a role with exposure to a broad range of accounting and financial activities.

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities and investments
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Assist with cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external CPAs, tax professionals, banks, and other advisors
• Support annual tax preparation and audit-related requests
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist with special projects and other financial needs of the family office

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
• Experience working with multiple entities or complex account structures preferred
• Family office, private wealth, investment, real estate, or public accounting experience is a plus
• Strong Excel/PowerBI skills and ability to learn new accounting systems
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
