- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other month-end adjustments
- Complete account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform group/company consolidations and support consolidated financial reporting - Prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
- Utilize Epicor and other ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data
- Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation
- Work with operations and other departments to ensure accurate manufacturing-related accounting information
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- ERP systems required, EPICOR is a plus
- Strong experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Experience preparing financial reports and supporting month-end close
- Knowledge of financial consolidations and multi-entity accounting
- Strong understanding of ERP-based accounting systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
