Staff Accountant Opportunity | OKC based

I have a great opportunity for an early-career accountant who is looking for more than just a job — this is a chance to learn, grow, and build a strong accounting foundation while working directly with experienced financial leaders.

This growing outsourced accounting firm is adding a Staff Accountant to the team. You’ll work closely with the Controller and CFO and get hands‑on experience supporting multiple legal entities, month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, AP/AR, and more.

• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and the month‑end close process
• Prepare account and bank reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Record journal entries, accruals and other general‑ledger activity
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash‑management processes as needed
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and organized financial records
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Someone who is curious, eager to learn, and wants to grow
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment
