About the OpportunityThe Accounting Clerk will contribute to a variety of accounting and administrative functions that help keep financial operations running smoothly. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
Candidates with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliation, or general accounting support are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the processing and recording of financial transactions.
- Enter and maintain accounting data within financial systems and spreadsheets.
- Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile transactions and assist with identifying discrepancies.
- Prepare billing documents, payment records, and financial reports as requested.
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding account questions or payment matters.
- Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting processes.
- Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general office accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Pay Details$18.00 to $25.00 per hour
