What You'll Do- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- Analyze financial statements, assess internal controls, and deliver valuable business insights
- Build strong client relationships and provide recommendations that drive results
- Mentor and develop junior team members while helping manage project timelines
- Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-5+ years of public accounting audit or assurance experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
