About The Role
A growing Oklahoma City organization is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its accounting operations team. This position will focus on account reconciliations, researching discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end accounting activities.

This is a fast-paced, professional environment that values accuracy, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Complete daily and month-end account reconciliations.
- Research and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
- Maintain spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Assist with internal reporting and audit preparation.
- Support accounting projects and operational initiatives.
- Work with internal departments to gather and verify information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
- Previous accounting, reconciliation, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
