Richland Resources Corporation, a small independent oil and gas exploration and production company based in Oklahoma City, OK, is currently seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Accounts Payable Accountant. Desired skills and qualifications are as follows:

Detail coding, keying and tracking of invoices for operated, non-operated wells & G/A expenses

Processing A/P checks

Requesting documentation/correspondence in writing, emails, memos and telephone

Typing and processing various manual checks

Vendor maintenance

Filing A/P checks

Preparation of various spreadsheets in Excel

Coding

Journal Entry preparation and keying

Processing of the monthly billing

Filing of 8/8ths billings for 175-200 wells each month

Assembling, folding, inserting & mailing of JIB/Revenue package

Create, maintain, and organize various spreadsheet analysis on wells in Excel

JIB research

Well payouts (non-consent, farmouts, internal & external)

Management reports

Coding and keying of cash receipts

Accurately prepare deposits

Account reconciliations

Correspondence

Reconciliation of bank statements to register to G.L.

Journal Entry preparation and keying

Maintaining Check Register

Weekly Cash Report

Monthly closings

Account analysis

Printing and filing month‑end reports
