HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and performing data entry functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-service focused, providing a welcoming experience for all clients and guests.
About the PositionAs a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring an welcoming, professional and organized environment. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing accurate data. Additionally, this role includes scheduling appointments, processing payments, and verifying documentation. This position also requires travel between locations to provide coverage and support where needed.

- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer applications.
- Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
