Senior Administrative & Operations Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Business Operations Coordinator to support senior leadership and internal operations while providing high-level administrative and organizational support within a professional office environment. This role centers on coordination, discretion, and operational follow-through across a range of internal priorities.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working closely with leadership, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys creating structure, managing logistics, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Manage travel planning and logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
- Serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and well-functioning workplace
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
- Support onboarding logistics and office setup for new hires
Meetings, Events & Special Projects
- Coordinate meetings, internal events, and occasional offsites
- Assist with planning and logistics for leadership meetings and company gatherings
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Prepare documents, presentations, and internal materials
- Maintain organized records and files
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the office
- 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles
- Experience supporting senior leadership with complex scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day priorities
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working on-site in a professional office environment

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000–$95,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications and may include additional bonus eligibility.
