Executive Administrative Assistant Overview
This role provides high-level, confidential administrative and clerical support to the Chief of Programs and Education. The individual will play a key role in supporting and coordinating projects across both the policy and clinical departments, offering guidance and organizational oversight as needed. The position also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with local governments, businesses, and community partners, along with assisting with a variety of administrative tasks that help keep programs running smoothly.

- Salary: $51,250.00 - $56,800.00. Salary commensurate on education and experience.
- FLSA Status:
Exempt
- Previous experience reviewing and developing policy, supported by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Level I:
Seven (7) years of administrative/clerical office work including three (4) years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary, or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting 30 semester hours from a college or university for every one (1) year of experience. - Level II
:
Eight (8) years of administrative/clerical office work including five (5) years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary to include 1 year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting 30 semester hours from a college or university for every one (1) year of experience.
Note:
no substitution will be given for the one (1) year of supervisory experience.
