Responsibilities
* Provide executive-level administrative support to corporate leadership, including Sales and Marketing leaders.
* Coordinate and execute corporate meetings, trainings, and special events, including National Sales Meetings and New Hire Training programs.
* Manage all event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, meals, meeting materials, presentations, and schedules.
* Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales and Marketing reports.
* Maintain executive PTO calendars and assist with leave processing.
* Process time and attendance records for corporate leadership.
* Support expense management and reimbursement processes.
* Assist with the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and other executive materials.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to workflows, procedures, and operational efficiencies.
* Order and maintain office supplies for corporate staff.
* Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.
* Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service.
* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and protected health information (PHI).
* Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required
* 3-5 years of executive or administrative support experience in a C-suite or senior leadership environment.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred
* Education in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or healthcare leadership teams. What Makes You Successful

Physical Requirements *
