Process data in various internal applications in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

Job Functions:

* Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures when entering information into various internal system

* Verify customer/vendor and account data by reviewing, correcting, cancelling, or reentering data to fix discrepancies

* Support operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

* Operate along a fast-paced team that has daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

* Seek additional information and help from relevant personnel

* Handle additional tasks as needed

* Available to work 25-30 hours a week

Experience and Qualifications:

* Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Associate's degree or technical training may be required for some roles.

* Experience:

* 0-1 years Fuel or Transportation experience

* Data entry experience and 10-key experience is preferred.

* Skills:

* Hard

Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with using a 10-key.

* Soft Skills:

Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.

* Typical Physical Demands:

* Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

* Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

* Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

* Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
