Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support and manage administrative and project-related initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, working with stakeholders, and driving projects from planning through execution.
This is a hybrid position
, requiring candidates to be located in the Oklahoma City area as work will be split between remote and onsite responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage project-related activities and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, departments, and project stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and action items.
- Maintain ongoing project reports and status updates.
- Attend meetings, work groups, and project planning sessions.
- Assist with process improvement and implementation efforts.
- Develop and deliver training materials as needed.
- Ensure project objectives are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
- Project coordination or administrative support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Part‑time schedule (20–30 hours per week)
