We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team and help us continue delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented person who enjoys serving others and keeping things organized. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and guests and provides important administrative support to our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, route calls, and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate client, prospect, and internal meetings
  • Monitor and restock office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Keep shared office spaces neat and ready for daily use by team and clients
  • Support client communications and event coordination
  • Assist with office supplies, mail, packages, and general administrative support
  • Support the team with recurring office tasks, basic reporting, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Serve as a liaison for vendors and help coordinate basic office needs
  • Be present in the Oklahoma City office Monday through Thursday, and Friday mornings

Qualifications:
  • Warm, professional presence when welcoming clients and guests
  • Confidence answering phones and relaying messages clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, team-minded approach and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Prior administrative, receptionist, client service, or office experience preferred
