• The Office Coordinator is a part‑time position (four hours a day Monday – Friday).
• This position has responsibility for ensuring that the general office needs are met timely.

• Tracking, ordering and stocking supplies
• Work orders with contractors for maintenance needs
• Monthly birthday card(s)
• Delivery of incoming mail and packages
• Preparing external mail and packages

• One to two years of office experience
• Excellent active listening skills
• Pleasant and professional appearance
• Excellent follow-up
