Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and occasional weekend if needed. Hours may change periodically to meet business demands

- As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our terminal operations by managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating smooth office procedures to maintain high levels of efficiency and safety.
- Manage daily logistics data entry for company and third-party carrier shifts.
- Oversee core office operations, including customer service, payroll, and billing.
- Coordinate monthly safety meetings and assist with facility audits.
- Ensure compliance with DOT safety standards and terminal emergency plans.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and expedite procurement orders.
- Process driver expenses and support regional training initiatives as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required At least one year clerical/admin support experience preferred
