DescriptionThe FAA Civil Registry Specialist supports the retrieval, verification, and delivery of FAA civil registry documents for JETNET. Working onsite in the FAA Public Documents Room, this individual locates and scans records such as registrations, bills of sale, and liens, then uploads them to JETNET’s systems. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to use basic computer programs such as Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:Document Processing
- Receive, review, and prioritize daily document requests, including aircraft registrations, bills of sale, lien releases, and related filings.
- Locate digital records in the FAA Public Documents Room, confirming identifiers such as registration marks, serial numbers, and filing dates.
- Upload scanned documents into JETNET systems accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate status updates and resolution timelines to internal stakeholders, ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Support updates to process documentation when FAA procedures or JETNET requirements change.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required - Experience:
Experience working with data entry or other computer based work preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office - Other:
Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn on the job
Location: This position is required to be on-site full time at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Registry Building, Room 122, 6425 South Denning Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Rate of Pay$23.00/hour
