Job Description

Job Duties
  • Review elements of submitted license applications to confirm eligibility and perform necessary steps to complete the application process.
  • Generate appropriate reports, inspect applicant education and timeline, investigate any disciplinary issues, verify certification and other state licenses.
  • Process all documentation required by Oklahoma law and administrative code for confirming eligibility for licensure.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply laws and administrative code specific to licensing requirements.
  • Provide customer service to applicants, licensees, and the public.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced computer skills in:
    • Microsoft Suite
    • Adobe Pro
    • Zoom
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Education and Experience Required
  • Experience in legal, healthcare, licensing, and credentialing is preferred but not required
  • Three (3) years of clerical office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
