Minick Materials’ Project Coordinator is responsible for helping the Executive team organize, coordinate, and support strategic projects across the company. This person will support projects ranging from facility and expansion projects to internal operational initiatives.
This position requires strong organization, follow- through, initiative, and problem solving. The ideal candidate will help create structure around projects, coordinate with internal teams and outside partners, and help ensure projects continue moving forward.
Salary: $18-$23 hourly
- Organizing and tracking multiple company projects from start to completion
- Assisting executive team with planning, launching, and supporting strategic initiatives
- Coordinating communication and follow up with contractors, vendors, consultants, and relators
- Assisting with store construction, facility improvements, and land acquisition opportunities
- Organizing accountability for employees or departments involved in interoffice projects
- Helping coordinate KPI and process improvements projects
- Researching information and identifying next steps to move projects forward
- Maintaining project timelines, tasks lists, meeting notes, and action items
- Helping identify roadblocks and working with teams to find solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to coordinate moving pieces and follow through on action items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self- starter with willingness to research, problem solve, and learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Project management software familiarity is a plus
- Ability to use discretion with confidential information
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred; a degree is a plus
- 1-4 years in project coordination, administrative support, or operations support preferred
- Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or cross-functional tasks preferred
- Strong computer and organizational systems skills
- Construction, operations, or entrepreneurial company experience is a plus
