Administrative Support

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to assigned college departments.
  • Answer and route telephone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, organize, copy, scan, and file documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain departmental databases and spreadsheets.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and other department activities as assigned.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, forms, and routine correspondence.
  • Receive and direct students, faculty, staff, vendors, and visitors to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems while protecting confidential information.
  • Assist with mail distribution, office supply inventory, and other routine office functions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS education preferred or one year of technical clerical office work, public contact work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Federal background check required.
