Shift Details:
- Monday
- Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to assigned college departments.
- Answer and route telephone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare, organize, copy, scan, and file documents, correspondence, and records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain departmental databases and spreadsheets.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other department activities as assigned.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, forms, and routine correspondence.
- Receive and direct students, faculty, staff, vendors, and visitors to appropriate resources.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems while protecting confidential information.
- Assist with mail distribution, office supply inventory, and other routine office functions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- HS education preferred or one year of technical clerical office work, public contact work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Federal background check required.
