About the Position :
This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support for ODMHSAS state-operated facilities. The role coordinates a variety of agency functions, including facility and vendor communication, transportation services, contract and invoice tracking, credentialing, travel and reimbursement, records management, policy and process standardization, meeting coordination, and compliance activities. The position serves as a key resource for facilities and internal stakeholders, helping ensure processes are consistent, documentation is accurate, requirements are met, and operational needs are addressed efficiently.
The role also supports mock surveys, Daily Huddles, reporting, process improvement, and other agency initiatives and duties as needed.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and
- Two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work,
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
