We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Information Processing Assistant
to support the accurate collection, entry, review, organization, and processing of business information.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers, databases, spreadsheets, documents, and digital systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage routine tasks while meeting established deadlines.

onsite or offsite

- Collect, enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
- Process information from forms, documents, emails, spreadsheets, and other sources.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and assist with corrections.
- Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, and files.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, forms, and information summaries.
- Scan, upload, rename, categorize, and organize digital documents as needed.
- Retrieve and compile information for internal teams and management.
- Assist with routine data verification and quality-control activities.
- Communicate with team members to obtain or verify required information.
- Maintain accurate records of processed information and completed tasks.
- Follow established information-processing, data-entry, and document-management procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, employee, and business information.
- Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and web-based systems.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and information-verification skills.

- Professional, dependable, and organized work habits.
- Previous data entry, information processing, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
Onsite:Work from our designated office location and collaborate with team members in a professional office environment.
Offsite:Work remotely from a suitable and professional workspace while maintaining reliable communication, productivity, data security, and availability during scheduled working hours.
