Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: In office Schedule: Approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday Pay: Negotiable
Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a Broker in managing daily administrative tasks and improving office organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, staying organized, and working in a small, professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Manage paperwork and administrative documentation
Assist with calendar, email, and general office organization
Perform data entry and basic computer-based tasks
Support day-to-day administrative needs as requested
Strong organizational and filing skills
Proficient with basic computer applications
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous administrative experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
