Addison Group’s client is seeking a professional and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors.

Job Description:

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide front-office and administrative support in a professional legal environment. This role will involve managing phone communications, assisting with meetings and events, maintaining organized records, and helping ensure the office operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Help coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and other office functions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and other contacts.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized files and office records.
  • Assist with coordinating meals, refreshments, and logistical details for board meetings.
  • Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Contribute to a polished, welcoming, and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or legal office experience preferred.
  • Experience working in TABS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and other professional contacts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology preferred.
