Office Administrator/ Coordinator
15-20 Hours Per Week | In-Office | Oklahoma City, OK
$17-20 Per Hour, Based on Experience
The Office Administrator plays an important role in keeping HALO Project organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
This position provides day-to-day administrative and office support across the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining records and documentation, assisting with routine financial tasks, completing data entry and recurring administrative responsibilities, keeping office and shared spaces organized and stocked, and providing logistical support to HALO staff, therapists, programs, trainings, and other organizational activities.
Because this is a part-time role supporting a busy organization, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, establish consistent routines, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.

Qualifications Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, office management, or nonprofit experience preferred.
- Experience with financial documentation, data entry, records, or administrative processes preferred.
- Experience working in an environment that requires organization, flexibility, and managing multiple priorities is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage recurring responsibilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities as organizational needs change.
