Tire Service Advisor

Take Ten Tire & Service, part of California Dream Hotels, seeks a Tire Service Advisor to guide customers through tire selection, quotes, and service recommendations in a fast-paced automotive environment. You'll greet guests, assess tire and basic vehicle service needs, explain options clearly, create work orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service. Using shop systems, you'll schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and basic service needs in person and by phone
• Recommend appropriate tires, services, and maintenance based on vehicle and driving conditions
• Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using shop management software
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and monitor work in the service bay
• Communicate service status, findings, and options clearly to customers
• Schedule appointments and manage daily service calendar
• Ensure accurate documentation of inspections, services, and customer interactions
• Handle payments, warranties, and returns in line with company policies
• Support safety, cleanliness, and organization in the service area and waiting room
• Contribute to sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
