Edmond Hyundai is looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our busy and growing Service Department.

We are looking for a technician who can confidently perform general automotive repairs, accurately diagnose common vehicle concerns, and consistently produce quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who wants to build a long-term career in a professional dealership environment with opportunities to advance.

• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform brake, steering, suspension, cooling, HVAC, and engine-related repairs
• Complete multipoint inspections and accurately document vehicle conditions
• Utilize factory and aftermarket diagnostic equipment
• Follow repair orders and manufacturer repair procedures
• Perform quality-control checks on completed repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other members of the Service Department
• Continue developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
• Ability to use scan tools and other diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Commitment to performing quality repairs correctly the first time
• Professional attitude and willingness to continue learning

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
