• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or customer/market experience
• Proven experience in managing product development processes
• Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and product strategy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams

• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Background in software or IT, either through degree or hands-on experience
• Direct experience in software development, testing, or business analysis
