Your primary responsibility will be to assist end users of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system with direct support to complete and execute tasks in MRO in their work environment. Secondarily, you will guide and support teams through the complexities of change to MRO by conducting thorough identification of key influencers and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

You will collaborate with others to design and implement strategies to foster employee engagement, ensuring that individuals and teams are equipped to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures. A critical aspect of your work will involve developing and delivering clear, effective communications that articulate the vision, goals, and benefits of change initiatives, ensuring transparency and buy‑in from all stakeholders.

To excel in this position, familiarity with the MRO system for the Defense client, the airline maintenance industry or direct experience with airline maintenance, and the tools and methodologies related to change management will be highly beneficial. You will be tasked with identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing them to ensure smooth transitions.

Your success in this role will be bolstered by prior experience in managing organizational change efforts, particularly in environments where cross‑functional collaboration is essential. A background in facilitating workshops, focus groups, or training to build employee readiness and resilience will be advantageous. Additionally, a proven track record of fostering trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders, from front‑line employees to senior leadership, will set you apart.

Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, will enable you to anticipate risks and measure the impact of change initiatives effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about empowering organizations to navigate change with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist end‑users with direct support to complete and execute tasks using MRO in their work environment.
  • Support change management initiatives within the organization.

  • Experience with the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system.
  • Industry or job function experience with aircraft maintenance.
  • Experience with Impresa software is helpful.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies is helpful.
