- 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and test cases.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar work-item management tools.
- Hands-on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, Azure SQL, Angular, Power BI, or related modern application technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with large-scale public-sector, retirement, pension, financial, or enterprise systems is a plus.
