Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week onsite in OK

Required:- Availability to work 3-4 days/week at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK (required);
- Experience with business analysis (3-5 years);
- Experience with process improvement, project management, and performance management;
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
- Experience with supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and enterprise-level improvement efforts;
- Experience with developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation;
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or project management in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related environments;
- Experience with project management, change management, or business analysis professional certification or training;
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA);
- Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis;
- Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation;
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, reports, and executive summaries;
- Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff and stakeholders;
- Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements;
- Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements;
