14887 - Business Process Analyst (Hybrid) - Oklahoma City, OK

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week onsite in OK

Required:
  • Availability to work 3-4 days/week at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK (required);
  • Experience with business analysis (3-5 years);
  • Experience with process improvement, project management, and performance management;
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
  • Experience with supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and enterprise-level improvement efforts;
  • Experience with developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation;
Preferred:
  • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or project management in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related environments;
  • Experience with project management, change management, or business analysis professional certification or training;
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA);
Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis;
  • Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation;
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, reports, and executive summaries;
  • Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff and stakeholders;
  • Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements;
  • Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements;
