Financial Analyst, Business Analyst
Must currently reside in the OKC metro area. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities- Independently support enterprise strategy by leading problem framing, analysis, and opportunity assessment for moderately complex initiatives.
- Produce complete, decision ready business cases, value analyses, and recommendations to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
- Apply standard strategy, financial, and analytical frameworks to bridge business, technology, and data/AI considerations into clear choices for leaders.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Organization Leadership, Communication, or other technical area preferred. Previous experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong analytical and problem‑framing skills, with the ability to independently structure moderately complex business problems, apply appropriate frameworks, and translate ambiguity into clear scopes and decision questions.
- Proficient data analysis and financial modeling skills, including independent development of cost‑benefit analysis (CBA) and ROI models, with the ability to validate assumptions, assess sensitivity, and articulate value drivers using established tools and templates.
- Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce complete, decision‑ready documentation, executive summaries, and presentations that clearly communicate analysis, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across cross‑functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts and mid‑level leaders, to gather inputs, align perspectives, and synthesize information into cohesive analysis and recommendations.
- Experience independently applying business, strategy, and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean concepts, problem definition frameworks, process analysis) to inform opportunity framing, feasibility assessment, and business case development.
- Strong discipline in analysis and documentation management, including maintaining clear assumptions, risks, dependencies, scope boundaries, and version control to ensure defensible and traceable outputs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a defined scope, adapting to moderate ambiguity while actively incorporating feedback to improve analysis quality and decision impact.
