Public Sector SAP Program & Delivery Leader

Nagarro’s SAP division provides critical business applications, complex ERP landscapes, and end-to-end SAP solutions for medium-sized enterprises and large international corporations. The company also provides digital engineering services to help clients become human-centric, digital-first organizations.

• Lead teams with multiple levels of leadership
• Develop the organization, talent, and employee retention
• Ensure efficient resource planning and optimal team utilization
• Expand the business and pursue new market opportunities in the public sector
• Support business development, bidding, and contract processes through successful completion
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, networks, and strategic partnerships
• Take overall responsibility for the project portfolio, including quality, budget, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the strategic point of contact for key accounts and elevate critical project issues
• Develop project standards, methods, and best practices
• Develop the product and solution portfolio in collaboration with development, sales, and management teams

• A college degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in IT consulting, ideally with responsibility for teams with multiple levels of management
• Proven success managing complex projects and building business operations
• A comprehensive overview of industry-specific modules such as PSM and PSCD, and the underlying processes
• Extensive public-sector knowledge, particularly of local governments, cities, and municipalities, and experience with public tenders and procurement procedures
• Understanding of product development and software solutions in the public sector
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial leadership approach, and confidence interacting with customers, partners, and decision-makers
• Business-level German (C1) and good English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (20–40%)
