Delivery Coordinator

Firelight Creative Development is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to help keep website and digital projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery to coordinate tasks, follow up with team members and clients, identify blockers, maintain project information, and improve delivery processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong at communication and follow-through.

• Track project tasks, deadlines, milestones, and commitments.
• Maintain project boards in Asana/Kanban or similar tools.
• Coordinate tasks and follow up with team members and external partners.
• Identify blockers, missing information, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate communication between clients, developers, designers, QA, and leadership.
• Collect client content, approvals, and required information.
• Turn requests into clear, actionable tasks.
• Support QA, documentation, SOPs, checklists, and process improvements.
• Assist with basic Word Press or Shopify updates when needed.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Click Up, Jira, Monday, or similar is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Word Press, Shopify, websites, or software projects is a plus.
