- Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through the full project lifecycle utilizing appropriate methodologies, tools, planning, and communication strategies.
- Direct project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, implementation, closure, and transition activities.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Perform change management, risk management, issue resolution, and project governance activities.
- Develop and deliver project status reports, stakeholder communications, and PMO dashboard metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships, contractual deliverables, and project performance within approved scope.
- Forecast, acquire, and manage project resources necessary to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with federal, state, and agency requirements.
- Facilitate contract processes from initiation through completion and closure.
- Conduct gap analyses, root cause analyses, and develop recommendations to support project success.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder facilitation sessions across business and technical teams.
- Escalate risks, issues, and blockers appropriately while driving project progress and successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience managing medium to extra-large enterprise projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of and experience applying PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and Standards.
- Experience with project budgeting, planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Experience with change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing vendors, project deliverables, and contract-related activities.
- Experience developing project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions in complex project environments.
