- Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, cost modeling, and early project planning

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial construction preconstruction, estimating, or project planning
- Background with projects ranging from $1 M–$10 M
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Base Pay Range
$100,000 – $120,000 per year
