Overview
Braum's is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee projects at our retail locations. Salary is $72,000 to $78,000 per year depending on experience. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for direct supervision of field work performed by our subcontractors and employees, as well as hands-on field work themselves. The Construction Superintendent will work closely as a member of the project team to ensure completion of the work on time, and in accordance with the plans and specs and within budget.
Travel is required for this position as the projects will be at our retail locations, which are located in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Missouri and Arkansas. All necessary equipment (truck and tools) will be provided, along with per diem.
- Direct supervision of field work performed by subcontractors and employees, as well as hands-on field work themselves.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure work is completed on time, in accordance with plans and specs, and within budget.
- Travel to retail locations across Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Missouri and Arkansas as required.
- Utilize provided equipment and per diem to support project execution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing construction projects, including overseeing a team.
- Experience/knowledge reading civil and structural plans.
- Professional, organized, self-starter with strong supervisory skills.
- Valid driver s license.
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to travel.
