Field Technician – Construction Materials Testing – Oklahoma City, OK

Intertek is looking for a Field Technician to join its Professional Services Industries, Inc. team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role offers a versatile career in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

• Operate testing equipment and conduct tests such as soil, concrete, or other materials.
• Utilize drawings, specifications, and diagrams to guide testing.
• Perform detailed observations of site activities and provide limited interpretation of results.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data from test results.

• 1+ year(s) of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to interpret sounds.
• Ability to kneel and squat occasionally and to walk/stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb occasionally and work at various heights.
• Ability to work overnight hours and off‑shift.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some construction materials testing experience.
• ACI certification or other construction‑related certifications.
