Construction Project Manager

We are working with a growing commercial construction group in the Oklahoma City market that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This individual will play a key role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field leadership and ownership.

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

• Partner with field leadership to develop and maintain project schedules
• Participate in preconstruction efforts including planning, logistics, and constructability reviews
• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract execution
• Oversee project budgets, billing, and cost tracking
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Manage change orders and update project cost forecasts
• Monitor job progress and lead regular project meetings
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance throughout the project
• Support client relationships and overall project satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
