The 34thlargest home builder is looking for a Field Manger for the Oklahoma City area to oversee the construction and daily operations of multiple communities.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provides overall management and administration for construction projects
- Met construction schedule, financial goals, and quality/safety standards
- Contracts subcontractors and monitors performance to insure schedules and quality objectives are met
- Plans, organizes, and supervises projects/ communicates objectives
- Ensure that all project invoicing and subcontractor/vendor purchase ordersare timely approved
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as supervisor in the construction field
- Good understanding of federal, state and local equal employment, labor, OSHA and environmental laws and regulations
- Ability to delegate to and hold subordinates accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision
- Residential construction experience highly desirable
