Pete is the Real Estate Operating System — the platform wholesalers and fix-and-flip operators run their entire business on, from the first lead to a closed, profitable deal. Most tools just store your contacts.
Pete runs the whole operation — leads, follow-up, deals, and automation in one place — so nothing slips through the cracks and the business doesn't run on memory.
What makes us credible is simple:
Pete is built by an active investor who still flips houses every month. It isn't software designed for investors — it's the platform our founder needs to run his own business. Built by investors, for investors.
We talk and work like operators, not a software company: direct, specific, and useful. Optimize. Automate. Thrive.
