- The Project Superintendent - I&E at MACH ENERGY SERVICES LLC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of instrumentation and electrical projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of instrumentation and electrical projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction, specifically in instrumentation and electrical (I&E) projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Experience in supervising and coordinating teams of skilled tradespeople, including electricians and instrument technicians.
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in construction environments.
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to create and maintain project schedules.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in I&E construction, including compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
