Chef de chantier principal servitudes (pompage) F/H

In the context of the construction of the Lyon-Turin, a 57.5 km railway tunnel connecting Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne in France (Savoie), to Susa in Italy, Tunnel Euralpin Lyon-Turin (TELT) has awarded the consortium composed of VINCI Construction Grands Projets (mandatee), Dodin Campenon Bernard, Campenon Bernard Centre-Est (all three subsidiaries of VINCI Construction), and the Italian constructor Webuild, the contract for lot 2.

To accompany the increase in activities related to the installation of servitudes (pumping out water), in the gallery, we are looking for a chief site manager for servitudes.

In this role, you will need to:

• Plan and organize the work in the best conditions of quality, cost, and time
• Coordinate the activities of the teams, including temporary staff (more than 30 employees in self-management) and subcontractors, ensuring their safety
• Establish and send the pointages of the teams via the IT tool
• Read and analyze the technical plans entrusted
• Control, with the help of the site manager, the work carried out and the correct installation of the equipment
• Be the contact person for suppliers and subcontractors for the needs of the site
• Participate in site meetings
• Network maintenance: regularly check and treat leaks
• Cleaning and dredging: organize the cleaning and dredging of pumping tanks, pipes, and ventilation ducts
• Maintenance planning: plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
• Equipment maintenance: ensure the replacement of defective parts and organize their dispatch to maintenance if necessary

It may also be requested that you intervene in the maintenance part (network maintenance follow-up, maintenance planning, etc.)

On your area of activity, you will apply the regulations and the project policy in terms of hygiene, health, safety, quality, and environment (including external stakeholders).

You have significant experience (4 years minimum) in underground work and/or the installation of servitudes.

You are a leader capable of accompanying your teams on a daily basis, promoting their skills development.

You place great importance on safety and the environment, and ensure that HSE standards are respected on the site.

You are adaptable and know how to manage the uncertainties of a complex and demanding project, while remaining rigorous in the planning and coordination of work.
