Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
  • Monitor project costs and ensure financial goals are achieved
  • Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Proven success managing commercial construction projects valued at $15M+
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
